children's ministry

When you enter our large Atrium area you will see the Children's Ministry kiosk adjacent to the Welcome Center. Greeters will give you a welcome packet and explain to you the appropriate class for your child. They will help direct you or escort you to the check in area for your child.
You may choose to either sign in as a visitor or fill out the family registration card.
Grade school children are taught Biblical truths through Bible study and appropriate applications to their daily living. Our curriculum attempts to stimulate them to understand the Word of God and the relevant needs of their lives. We build upon the principles of the Word of God to give them a firm foundation. We give them opportunities to accept Jesus as their personal Savior and teach them early to depend upon the Holy Spirit to give direction to their lives.
2nd through 5th Grade Students check into class at Chapel computer kiosks. The person checking in the student will be given a security card that must be returned to the check out area to pick up the child. If the security card is lost, those desiring to pick up the child must show personal identification to the coordinator.Once checked in, they must stay in the class area until they are dismissed or picked up after the service.
For children that are in our database and regularly attend, parents can sign and turn in an unaccompanied release form for your child to meet you in a designated area after service. If children have a signed unaccompanied release form on file they may check themselves in and out of class. Children will not be dismissed until the morning service is complete.
